Information we collect
In providing the Service, we handle the following information: account information (email address and authentication credentials), billing information (subscription status; we do not retain card information), astro diary entries (body text, mood, tags, and metadata about the transits of the day), and birth data that you optionally provide (date, time, and place of birth).
Astro diary entries are stored encrypted on our servers (AWS) (D116). The birth data for yourself that you enter when registering as a member (date, time, and place of birth) is stored on our servers (AWS, Tokyo) so that it is not lost when you change devices or in similar cases. Other birth data (such as charts of other people) is stored on your device.
In addition, when you access the Service, we automatically record access logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the URLs of pages viewed, the referrer, and the date and time.
For members, we record how many times free features have been used (consumption of free allowances), and whether and when a free trial was started.
How we use it
We use the information obtained to provide the Service, verify identity, process billing, store astro diary entries and restore them on other devices, perform AI-based trend analysis (where you have consented), and improve quality and prevent fraud. We also use it to manage free allowances and free trials, including preventing the repeated use of free trials.
Sharing with third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide your personal information to third parties. To the extent necessary to provide the Service, we entrust the handling of information to, or transmit it based on your operations to, cloud providers (Amazon Web Services), a payment processor (Stripe), and authentication providers (such as Google). For details, please review "External Transmission."
External transmission (cookies & analytics)
The Service transmits information about users externally as set out below. Access analytics for service improvement and revenue optimization (Google Analytics (GA4)) operate only when you select "Allow all" in the cookie consent (no measurement takes place while consent has not been given). We do not conduct tracking for advertising purposes. The fonts used for display are delivered from Google Fonts (an external CDN), and in doing so your IP address and similar information are transmitted. The terms you enter in place-name search are transmitted to our servers (AWS, Tokyo) for matching against a place-name dictionary (not provided to third parties, and not used for analytics or advertising).
Cookies and similar technologies are used only as necessary to provide the Service, such as maintaining login status and language settings.

Retention & deletion
We retain information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use or as required by law, and delete it upon withdrawal. Astro diary entries are deleted upon withdrawal. Data stored on your device can be erased from the device upon withdrawal or by operations within the app. Access logs are deleted 90 days after they are recorded.
However, to prevent the repeated use of free trials, we retain after withdrawal only an identifier generated irreversibly from the email address used for a free trial (it does not contain the email address itself) and the date and time the trial was used. This information is used solely to determine whether a free trial can be offered again for the same email address.
Where birth data and diary entries are stored
Your own birth data (date, time, and place of birth) is stored on our servers and can be viewed only by you. It cannot be changed after registration (corrections are made by registering again after withdrawal), and it is deleted upon withdrawal. Any other birth data you enter (such as charts of other people) is stored on your device.
To calculate charts and create horoscopes and interpretations, birth data is temporarily sent to our servers for calculation; however, we do not store the values used for the calculation or provide them to third parties. A chart’s share link contains the birth date, time, and place needed to display it. Please check carefully who you share it with.
Astro diary entries are stored encrypted on our servers so that they are not lost when you change devices or delete data. The body text, mood, and tags are encrypted before leaving the device, and neither we nor our servers retain the plaintext (we cannot read the contents of your diary).
Your rights (access, correction, deletion)
You may request the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your own personal information that we hold. Please direct such requests to the "Contact Point." If we expand the covered regions in the future, we will also respond to rights under the laws of those regions (such as the GDPR). The identifier retained to prevent the repeated use of free trials (see the retention section) is held for fraud-prevention purposes, and requests for its deletion will be handled individually in accordance with applicable law.
