Additional fees

Payment methods & timing

Credit card (payment processor: Stripe). We do not retain card information.

Timing of service delivery

As this is a digital service, it becomes available immediately upon completion of payment (for one-time products, delivery is deemed complete upon completion of generation and provision).

Returns & cancellation

Due to the nature of the service, returns and refunds after purchase are not available in principle. For subscriptions, you can stop future billing by completing the cancellation procedure before the next renewal date. Cancellation can be done from the settings within the app or through the contact point.
